We want to keep in touch with all our clients and provide them with up-dates about developments across Chester & Cheshire so we produce a quarterly enewsletter providing the latest news on what’s happening in our area.

Meet & Greet

Our Roman Soldier, Town Crier and Civil War Cavalier are all available to meet your tour group on arrival in the city or further afield at any time and give your clients an unforgettable welcome.


We can provide a supply of the FREE Chester Mini Guide for distribution to your clients upon arrival in the city or groups can pick up copies from the Town Hall Visitor Information Centre in Chester.


The Town Hall Visitor Information Centre in Chester should be your first port of call for maps, publications and souvenirs. The outlet stocks a huge range of gifts that woll provide a lasting memento of your clients’ visit to the city.
