The event will commence on Monday, 7th July 2025, with a welcome reception at the Town Hall, hosted by Marketing Cheshire and its partners, followed by a networking event at Rooftop Social Club.

On 8th July, all delegates will participate in the CONNECTION ZONE, a media marketplace where travel companies sit at tables and host a series of 1-1 meetings with attending media. These meetings are set up through a dedicated virtual platform created for the event. This part of the event will take place at Chester Racecourse. This will be followed by a closing reception at Chester Zoo, the most visited attraction in the UK outside London.

On 9th July media will enjoy trips around Chester and the area, hosted by some local companies. Some of these tours will also take place on Monday 7th and may be available for all attendees, if space is available.
