The Ellesmere Port Sports Village is home to a number of local clubs, including the British Basketball League (BBL) team Cheshire Phoenix basketball team and wheelchair basket club, who play at the Cheshire Oaks Arena as well as Ellesmere Port and Chester Table Tennis Centre, Ellesmere Port Amateur Swimming Club, West Cheshire Athletics Club and Chester Netball Club.
There are martial arts clubs based in Stanney Oaks Annex, which is also available for hire for various indoors sports including badminton and netball, and football clubs play on the 3G pitches.
