Entertaining activities at Carden Park for all the family this Easter

Children and adults are invited to Carden Park this Easter weekend, and every day until the 28th April, to enjoy a raft of family friendly activities within the luxury estate’s 1,000 acres of countryside.

An exciting Easter Egg challenge will see children being given a specially designed map to guide themselves to 12 hidden locations where they must draw what they see. To be rewarded with a delicious Easter Egg, they must then deliver their drawings to Carden Park’s Event Station.

Plus, for all guests staying at the hotel there is the annual Easter Egg hunt on Easter Sunday, where guests will be invited to find over 300 hidden eggs around the hotel grounds. The winner will receive a giant Easter egg as their prize.

Families can also enjoy thrilling experiences on the Kong Aerial Rope Course, archery and rifles, segways, zip lines and quad bikes. One of the stand out activities will be ‘Mud, Sweat and Fears’, offering the chance to try one of the high element activities along with quad biking or blind jeep driving.

Also, Carden Park’s large outdoor playground, giant games, crazy golf and mountain bikes will be available for visitors. Stabilisers, tag alongs and buggies can all be found onsite. Finally, everyday over Easter weekend, the unique Total Wipeout Inflatable challenge will take place at 4 pm, with children fighting to complete the tricky course.

Phil Reeves who heads up the Event Station, the onsite activity centre at Carden Park commented: “We’re delighted to be offering so many different activities to help people celebrate Easter. There really is something for everyone – our quad biking track has been called the best in the North West so I’d encourage anybody who hasn’t tried it to come and give it a go. Other favourites with guests are our two parallel 250m zip lines which are perfect for racing.”

At the end of an activity filled day, visitors are able to wind down with a glass of Carden Park Estate Reserve sparkling wine overlooking the estate from The Terrace. Followed by dinner at the award-winning Redmond’s restaurant where diners can enjoy the seasonal spring menu.

Guests can enjoy 10% off this Easter and a free Easter egg for all children when two or more activities are pre-booked with The Event Station.

Advance booking is required so those interested can call the Event Station on 01829 731 500 or email info@theventstation.co.uk.
