Paul hopes to carry top award back to Cheshire

The voting season is in full swing with Saturday night’s X factor proving as popular as ever with viewers.

Now Marketing Cheshire is calling on ‘voters' to back a hotelier who they believe has the X factor when it comes to driving the hospitality sector forward with his encouragement for employees and his great ideas for guest experiences.

Carden Park General Manager Paul Bayliss who constantly campaigns to convince people that Cheshire Hotels are amazing places to work and to stay, is relying on public support to be crowned Independent Hotelier of The Year at the Oscars of the Hospitality Sector, to be held in London on 17th October.

A judging panel of industry experts selected six finalists after reviewing nominees from across the country based on inspiration, innovation, financial performance, team development and developing clear distinction in a competitive landscape.

Paul who has worked in the sector for over 36 years with 14 of those based in Cheshire and some of that time spent as Master Chef of the Dale Barracks in Chester says, “I’d love the people of Cheshire to get behind me and vote so that we can bring this Award back to our region where we already attract 60 million visitors a year and would love to welcome even more to stay in our Hotels and enjoy our attractions and sights.
