Conference and event customers have given QHotels’ Mottram Hall the gold seal of approval, as the hotel is awarded its second VenueVerdict Gold Standard Accreditation of the year.
The prestigious VenueVerdict Gold Standard Accreditation is awarded by BDRC Continental - the UK’s largest independent market research agency – and is directly based on event host feedback and how likely they are to recommend a venue for a conference or event.
Accreditations are awarded to venues quarterly, with the annual VenueVerdict results announced in January.
Mottram Hall has received the accolade continuously for six consecutive quarters.
Deirdre Billing General Manager at Mottram Hall said: “Congratulations to everyone at Mottram Hall and QHotels on these outstanding VenueVerdict results. It’s incredibly important that we strive to meet the ever-evolving needs of our guests, so to be recognised by event hosts themselves is the biggest indicator of success.
“The accreditation is testament to our continued programme of investment, the consistently high level of service the team delivers but most importantly, our passion to deliver the very best by listening to our customers.”
Mottram Hall has a wide range of fantastic conference and event facilities, offering complete flexibility with a focus on providing a personalised service. The hotel has 11 conference and events suites that can cater for boardroom style meetings for as few 10 people to conferences for up 180 delegates.
It was an outstanding quarter for QHotels with 11 of its venues awarded VenueVerdict’s Gold Standard Accreditation, equalling its highest number of accreditations ever achieved.
The latest accolades come after QHotels was named No.1 Large Group in VenueVerdict’s annual awards, the sixth consecutive year the group has held the top spot.
Natalie Wiseman, Client Services Manager said: “QHotels continues to demonstrate commitment to its conferences and events provision, demonstrated especially well by 11 of its hotels achieving VenueVerdict’s Gold Standard this quarter, with a number of those venues retaining the accreditation for a successive period.”
