After one of its most successful years ever Carden Park Country Estate will be celebrating with an extravagant Gala Dinner as it looks forward to 2020 and the opening of its new £10 million Spa on 6th January.
New Year’s Eve reservations are being taken to ring in the new year at the 1000-acre estate, watching the fireworks over the lake after a 3-course meal and enjoying a traditional piper performance.
There is an option of a three- or two-night New Year experience staying in one the Hotel’s 198 bedrooms with all the festive classics around Carden’s crackling fires.
Executive Chef, Graham Tinsley, has devised the Estate’s most accomplished festive menu yet. The 3-course meal will consist of a selection of Carden Park appetisers with a choice of roast fillet of beef with sticky glazed short rib, salmon wellington with mushroom and spinach or beetroot and mushroom Pithivier, finished by an assiette of miniature desserts by the award-winning pastry team.
Before retiring guests will be offered a supper of haggis, neeps ‘n’ tatties with a nip ‘o’ whisky.
The two- or three-night breaks are available for both adult only and families to enjoy and include a full English breakfast each morning and a pre-dinner drinks reception on New Year’s Eve.
In 2019 Carden Park was awarded with Business Venue of 2019 at the Marketing Cheshire awards, a seal of approval after the £200,000 refurbishment of the Shooting Suite, where the New Year’s Gala will be held to bring in the new year.
